Dr Jane Phillips
MBBS, BPsych(Hons), MBioethics
Dr Jane Phillips is an Australian-trained medical doctor, who has worked in hospitals, clinics, corporate medicine, and public health since 2005.
She has worked at Sydney Heath Ethics at the University of Sydney, and holds an appointment as a Medical Officer of the Commonwealth at a global healthcare organisation.
In 2018, Jane presented her work on private-sector medical ethics at the World Medical Association’s ethics conference in Reykjavik. More recently, Jane created a fully operational global ethics committee and launched an international clinician-led ethics network for a major healthcare group, which serves 32 million customers in 190 countries.
Jane is passionate about helping the private healthcare sector to bring ethical analysis and practice to the core of their business. She is a warm, generous and dedicated doctor who will work with your clinical and risk staff to help you demonstrate your commitment to making ethics everyone’s business.
